Not having my instructions with me and for once being spoilt for choice, given the various numbers on the screen shot which would you expect to give the best signal

From the instructions :)

The closer to 0 the first figure listed in the signal/noise column the stronger the signal is ; so -46 is stronger than -80 .
Ideally attempt a connection to signal of -80 or better

The camping albufeira 38/99 should be your best bet...
You don't want to connect to your I boost which will show the best signal...
The lower the first number the better..
And of course you need the pw for the chosen network..

well. the first 10 aren't a million miles from each other so I'd start at the top and work down. (my view only)
Doh! if only I'd gone and got the instructions before I'm replying. This is why I can never connect! :(

I'd go for the camping Albufeira 38 signal, that's the lowest I've been told to aim for the lowest figure. The other I boost close to you would need their password to connect to but if your friendly enough you could ask them and put your own iboost away. .. only joking. . Use the 38 signal!

After reading this I'd go for the highest number
It will be less crowded and faster

If you click on the signal column it will sort highest to lowest, click again and its lowest to highest. Saves looking down the list(y)

Agree with everything before Alan but remember to press the "Lock to AP" button not the select button. You have so many with the same name you will never know which one it is certain to connect to.

There is some ambiguity here. Is the lowest number the bigger one, because it's negative?
I think you need the biggest difference between the two numbers (signal and noise).

Click on signal/noise header and it will sort column in signal strength, clicking switches from ascending descending strength and as Andy said 38/99 should pop to the top, second to the iboost obviously.
