Hi and welcome to FUN, what gas do you have now and how many bottles, I have 2 11kg bottles which last over a month at that time of the year as long as I don't need to put the heating on. :)

Gas bottles are different from one country to another (so much for the EU!) You won't find Calor over the channel. Look into adaptors or be prepared for foriegn bottles with their connections.

If you need more gas while you are away you will need to buy a local bottle and an adaptor if necessary. Best way is to get at least one refillable (alugas/gasit or gaslow) with your small bottle as a backup.
If you're staying on sites with ehu though, an 11kg will easily do a month of cooking with the fridge and heating running on site electricity.
