I'm a newbie
New to site, be gentle with us, wow what a wealth of knowledge. We have had Inky since Jan 2016 been fine picked her up at the weekend and there is no power on the self levelling device.
Normally works off the leisure batteries, which were nicely topped up?
Any thoughts greatly received.

not long enough
my E + P has needed a full reset a couple of times, pulling the main fuse does it, not sure if this will apply to your system, but worth a try if advice above doesn't sort it

Ours is powered from the vehicle battery there are two fuses one on the engine battery + and one on the pump unit a blade type.
As Canopus said the ignition needs to be on and hand brake applied then check to see if the remote has any lights on you may be on to steep angle for auto try switching to manual

It could be the sensor on the handbrake not speaking to the the levellers, that was the problem with my goldshmitt levellers.
