Hello again all, can anyone tell me where I can get an owners or workshop manual for our 1991 Hymer B544. Our van came with all original paperwork but alas all in German. many thanks for any help Bill and Tilly

This may work provided that Hymer have put a version for your model year in their downloads section. There is the possibility that they did not do this for earlier models.
If you can find someone with an English language handbook for your model, get them to give you the serial number from the front page (also repeated in the footer on each page - in mine at least). The reference should look something like this:
123456789
Model year 1991
Edition xx/yy-z englisch
The first long number is the one you want. Then put the following URL string in your browser address line, BUT substitute the long number from your newly-found reference in place of the number in this string

That should download a PDF of the correct handbook.
