We have just left after a couple of days parked here on the sand. The long golden beach goes on for miles. The only drawback is the sea defence work going on but that wasn't very intrusive at all. It is about ten miles south of Mablethorpe just past sandilands golf course. There are toilets there but that's all.

Huttoft Car Terrace

[When we first got the motorhome we spent our first two nights there and its a fantastic spot , pity about the approach road particually from Chapel. They used to have a pay booth on the entrance years ago so any changes they implement with the recent complaints will probably include pay machines as they seem to be adding them to more and more carparks on the coast.

This is not surprising really as we called in there yesterday on our way home from Mablethorpe and it took a while to find a space. I hope the local council will make a charge for parking there overnight which might deter some of the motorhomes which seem to have taken up permanent residence. I for one would be more than willing to pay a reasonable charge to stay there overnight.:thumb:
