is there a height barrier on this car terrace now?

I was there last week and it was'nt in operation then, but there Iwas a lot of sand blown up

Height barrier or not, the bye-laws are still in place so a breach could result in a ticket. See .

I live close by so we go up there occasionally in the car,it's a very pleasant place one of the few where you can sit in your car looking out to sea.
I recently bought a small camper (day van) and was curious to see if we could get under the barrier so we went up there and the barriers we'nt in operation,there was a couple of mhomes parked but I don't know if they were visiting for the day or not.
