I'm a newbie
We are new to the motorhome scene and looking to buy our first. Any tips would be very appreciated.

Seen quite a few Talbot Talismans for sale that have caught our eye, is there any common faults to look out for this type of motorhome.

Thanks

Welcome!

To be honest, there isn't much difference in what you should look for in older vans. The biggy will be to check, check, and check again for damp and subsequent water damage.

Your future talisman has a glass fibre monocoque for a body so damp problems SHOULD be minimal.

for the chassis-cab, treat a £3000 motorhome like a £50 car, a £6000 motorhome like a £100 car and a £10000 motorhome like a £500 car and you'll not be too discouraged in your search!
