So I hung a towel on this hanger which is inside the bathroom door on our bessacarr E560 when the towel just fell to the floor along with the hanger. It just pulled the hanger from the door which screws into the door via the small screw.
So now I am unable to reattach the hanger as the screw turns and I am unable to see the screw head as the unit seems to be 1 sealed unit . But surely there must be some way that it splits / unscrews apart to get at the screw so you can reattach it.
To me looking at it I see no obvious way to open it up like unscrewing it apart.

Does the little cap come off of the end letting you get at the screw head with a long screwdriver?

It will probably be bloody tight if it is that.

It looks very similar to , obtained from B&Q. It's more obvious on ours that the shank unscrews from the base. Perhaps you need something (rubber gloves?) to enable you to grip both parts to unscrew them.

To reattach, something like plastic wood squeezed into the hole may help.

Three years and counting, 30 years a tent tower.
I have similar ones, The top on mine unscrews. Its on tight so its not obvious. I think you'll find if you turn it upside down the bit the screw goes through is an allen (hex) key hole. Unscrew that bit from the body, re-attach it to the bulkhead then screw the main part onto the hex hole bit, if that makes sense

I find that Araldite (other brands of epoxy resin are available) is invaluable, for minor repairs on the move.

Mix up a good sized dollop - apply some to the inside of the hole in the door and to the screw and the flat plate on the back of the fitting. Screw back into place and hold in place if required with some tape whilst the epoxy sets hard.
Ideally leave overnight to set really hard

Boatie for 20 years
Had a very similar prtoblem with a boat

Taking apart the door was going to be a nightmare (we all know these things seldom go back together as they should) so retrieving the errant fixing nut was going to take all day with mixed results in refixing door panels

I replaced the screw/retainer with this type of spring toggle:

Now I would use something like this

Just stop washing as well, it will save water and you won't have to worry about where to put the towel. :)

The middle did indeed screw out. Ofc it was tight to start .but got it out..just needed a bit of TLC :)
