Not really, I've never driven anything over 3.5T and for two of us 3.5T should be enough. And then we can't afford mo's and it's too big for our drive. Awesome vehicle.

I think you are way too cheap.
I'd chance it at around £85,000, maybe take a cheaper px.
At your price, I think a dealer will come along and buy it,,,, then add £20k on top. For a 3yr old, top of the range,,extras, miles etc.
It's a bargain

Here's my thinking:
Mo bought for around £130,000 of that over £20,000 was vat, so the dealer was only looking at say £105,000 (to keep it simple) Its now 3 years old, so how much depreciation are we looking at? say £30,000 so to a dealer, I doubt its worth much more than £65,000 because don't forget he's got to pay vat on his sale price, plus allow for a profit, so on the forecourt at around £100,000

For a private buyer its different, no vat, so maybe at £80,000 its a very good buy, but finding a private buyer with 80 grand?

He shouldn't, it will come under the margin scheme. The dealer pays VAT on his profit only.

Only ever dealt with standard Vat brian. So if a dealer buys in a vehicle on a private sale for say £50,000 and sells for £75,000 he only pays vat on £25,000? Unlike the wife, she would have to charge vat on the retail price if she bought something in private.

Don't give it away Mo, it's a great bit of kit, get a mot on it and a service done. Spring is in the air, peaple are looking for motorhomes. You should get top dollar for it. Good luck with sale.
