How do I post a photo (1 Viewer)

On the chat section people have up loaded photos of them selves or pets etc how do I do it?

If you are on a computer at the bottom of your posting page their is a tab.Upload a file. Click on it and a box will open giving you access to your computer.Choose a picture from your computer by right clicking, left click open on the right hand corner of you file box, the picture will download to the website.
