House insurance (1 Viewer)

Like lots of other funtsers we are about to embark on a winter get away. My house insurance doubles or more to cover an extended trip away!
I have someone prepared to "house-sit" but they won't accept that as an occupied house.
Can anyone recommend an insurance company that allows for the gypsy in me?

We use Santander have accounts with them. Neighbour checks in daily we just tell insurer were away and I think the extra is built into the premium. They gave me a good price for covering my ebike too

Camping and Caravan Club is 180 days, just lock up and go.
