I took my van in today because I had a horrible whining noise coming from the cab area

Turns out my daughter had put a One Direction CD on :Angry:

I had the same horrible noise for years but it seemed to stop when my partner became my ex partner and I took up solo motorhoming.

I had a terrible whining noise in my car for years, tried everything to stop it. Spent hundreds of pounds trying to stop the whining in the end I found an easy answer.........................DIVORCE!!!!!:thumb:

Obviously not a Fiat then.....

or you would have got the horrible whining, and juddering noise in reverse as well, not just in "One Direction".......
