Hi harry
I've got a '98' reg and my horn's below the n/s headlight, behind the bumper.
Best way to get at it is by laying on the ground. Has it packed-up??
Make sure the wires in the steering-wheel havn't come adrift first, i replaced the horn from above (mistake no1) then found the lower wire in the steering wheel assembly had dropped-off  (mistake no2).

The horn on our Fiat packed up, so I checked fuses (not easy on an A Class - no room to get in), the wiring and contacts in the steering wheel, and all that.

It was the horn:Doh:

Free replacement though - under warranty.:thumb:
