Holland here we come (1 Viewer)

We are crossing on Saturday Newcastle to Ijmuiden for a couple of weeks in Holland. Returning Hook of Holland to Harwich for a slow tour through Norfolk then home.
Anyone got any tips about touring Holland? Have been by car a few times but not with MH.
The forecast for the next few days is grim so we're starting to regret not doing our usual French trip. oh:

We are going to Holland next Thursday and driving down to Maastricht from Calais. If you are in the north and haven't already been you must visit Giethoorn Link Removed . No wild camping in Holland unfortunately. And if you have time try the Limburg area - lots of greenery and undulating countryside. Enjoy! :Cool::Cool:

Thanks Lynda and Ken. Giethoorn looks great. Is parking available there for the MH or is there a camp site nearby?

Went to Giethoorn by car last year with Dutch friends but am sure we saw campsites and parking nearby. If you type Giethoorn camping in Google there are lots to choose from (just had a look). Stunning little place - hope to go again soon.
