I had heard that they no longer deal in Hobby/Fendt.
Certainly when we had our Fendt tug three years ago, they had stopped dealing, but stand to be corrected.(y)

I think we are lucky here in Belgium the country is so small our magazine has to find news from all our frinds next to us Germany/France/the Netherlands & UK
So we do get to know a lot about problems with vehicles

Phoned Hobby UK . spoke to the lady in the service department ,

She says they do not know anything about the recall and they do not do repairs etc on Hobby / Fendt and told me to contact the manufacturers direct .

Basically she was not interested and fobbed me off (n)

Give them a try see how you get on

Yep we got ours from ESHartley Cumbria 01539 822450 and also
    Timberland 01246 854853.
If you get no joy ask them for the phone number of the UK manager, we met him at one of the shows and he was trying to get Hobby into the UK so I bet he will be of use.
Can't find his details though, one more
    Durham camper NE 0191 4921708
And down south Worcestershire Go European
    01527 850585
    Hope this helps

    Good Morning.
I have just spoken to the Belgium importer of Hobby.
They say yes there is a recall but it is via Hobby Germany.
No dealers outside Germany have been given the information yet.
That seems a bit unfair to me.
You may have to contact Hobby Germany for the infomation.

I found the socket for the trailer kead it is tucked up alongside the grey water tank .

if the handle breaks of your grey water dump valve you can remove it by holding the shaft with pliers or molegrips and just unscrew the black alloy handle ,
all i did was get a strip of stainless steel drill a hole in the middle run a nut tight up to the end of the tgread slip on the strip and run another nut up the the strip and tighten up ,
i think it is 5/16 UNC American thread as the valve is from the USA as it is fitted to RV,s and listed at $55 on ebay ,

if yours has not snapped off yet ... clean the slide slot out using a small tent peg and put vaseline on the slider and the handle shaft so it slides in and out easy  ,

i renewed the flexible pipe going to the grey water tank , it is 40mm and i got some from the garden pond section at our local garden center £4.50 a metre , :coolest:
