Make sure you get a full demonstration of how everything works.. and that it does work.. don't take anyone's word for it

Fridge, water heater, shower and water system, space heating, battery charging, cooker, etc etc and don't let them rush you , take notes and pictures, or better still short video clips of each appliance and it's operation .. there is much to remember and in the excitement you won't take it all in .. a good handover should take at least an hour..

Lastly.. join the forum, the best ten quid you will ever spend..
