Hello to everyone. My partner and I have wild camped in France for the last 7 years and are considering going to Spain for the winter. I joined this site for advice and to chat to anyone who has done this.

Hi Fen Tiger, plenty of Funsters are in Spain right now, they do regularly log-in here though so if you have any specific questions I'm sure you'll get the answers you need. Meanwhile, welcome to the fun:thumb:

Hi and welcome to the fun. France is still the best place to wild, followed by Portugal, spain tends to discourage it though it is possible, both spain and Portugal now have a lot of toll roads so things are getting more difficult, although some say foreign vehicles are getting away without paying. More info to follow from those on the ground so as to speak. We do have members in spain and Portugal. Enjoy the site, quiz night in the chatroom tonight do pop in.

How lucky are you! We spoke to a couple of people in France who said they had a list of wild camping places, we assumed like all the Aires. Unfortunately they left before we had chance to ask where they got it from.
Enjoy your holiday.
