Hi from not so sunny Southport (1 Viewer)

Hi Everyone,

Somebody called Movan put a card under Dolly's wiper blade last year - I guess when you were rallying in Southport. It's taken me until now to get around to joining as I am not used to this sort of environment.

Since taking early retirement (I turned 54 yesterday) I bought a VW Trident auto sleeper and love taking myself and my dog Poppy away. We managed to get as far South as Tintagel in Cornwall and as far North as Edinburgh in Scotland.

I am due to have surgery on my neck soon and once fully recovered I will be out and about again. I have never rallied but think I should give it a go to see what it's like.

Hi I think you need to PM @Mags52 they are organising the meet but I can't remember the date but there are other meets after May . Look in the rally section on the forum one in york is coming up!

May is a bit quiet but in June there is the Southport meet ( if not too close) and then on to Stratford

Welcome from another Lancastrian - I know Southport isn't in the administrative county but still think of it as part of the best county.

There is a rally coming up in Hartlepool in the summer and it is a great venue, several solo females with dogs attended last year, myself included. Keep a look out under events.
