Welcome to the best of both worlds, I have a KTM 1190A for hooning about and a BMW RT LC (aka 'toilet') for touring with Domestic Management. But mostly we now opt for the van. Makes for a good weekend escape, Cindy drives van somewhere random on the Friday, I catchup on the bike after work, and then go straight to work from wherever on the Monday.

Also, there are some from here camping at Donnington campsite for the British MotoGp in August...

Donnington MotoGp camping is usually a mad house re: Bonfires, Tyre Blowouts getting Pi**ed and everyone trying to out do each other. When I was last there one group arrived in a 7.5 ton van from which they extracted 2 settees, a very large fridge (filled with beer), a piano and 2 candelabra the candles of which they had some difficulty lighting and the air was filled with the smell of whaccy baccy the whole weekend. Twas a great weekend
