The reich e box blew and the control panel read electronics overheated. We have had the box repaired but the control panel does not work at all. We haven't been able to use the van as when it blew we had the step down, there was no way of moving it. Now the 240v on the fridge isnt working or the main light in the van either. Its becoming a nightmare, as we haven't been able to move the van or use it since the beginning of December.

Someone will be able to help.

Hi and welcome

Just for starters you will be able to wind the step in manually.

Hi there,
apparently it is all connected to the e box and control panel, there isnt a way that we can see to wind the step back in manually.

Hi

The drawing top right shows you pull the clip off and disconnect the drive, might depend on your step.

Hi, and welcome to the site, how long have you had your van? did you get it from a dealer? was there any warranty? Even if out of warranty, contact the dealer and see if they are willing to sort it out, if not get in touch with an auto-electrician who is used to m/homes it is probably your only option.
Cheers, Dave(y)

Welcome - we have a dog called Bertie too. But don't ask about Teddy, he's not friendly but everyone else here is!
