Help. I'm in Sicily and have problem with water ingress. Does anyone know how I can locate a reliable repairer?

Do you want one in Sicily?
If not try to locate where water is getting in and stick some gaffer tape or silicon on TO STOP IT GETTING ANY WORSE.You can always do a proper job when you get home so do not worry if it looks a mess.

im with Terry on this, local repairer and you face possible language barrier, if you can find the point of entry do a temp repair untill back in the uk

Thanks to you guys who replied with useful advice. I've done the basic repair with silicone and tape and am sitting here listening to the rain falling. Fingers crossed. Hopefully the repair will hold and the weather will improve. It's not supposed to be like this in the Mediterranean in January!!
