Hi, in Spain and our water and space heater has failed,
the main board will not turn on any of the push switches for the water, space heater or charge

our unit is the Autotrail Comanche 2013

I assume that a fuse has failed but cannot identify where it may be.

anyone with a similar issue before or can assist

look forward to hearing

As far as I can remember on our old 2013 Tracker FB The fuses and trips (circuit breakers)are in the Sargeant charger panel which in that we're in a high level cupboard behind drivers door

Check the fuse on the positive cable at the battery in the outside locker beside your mains cable input.

What voltage is the battery showing on the control panel? Perhaps if you.ve got a multi meter check directly at the battery. The system won't work if the voltage gets over 14v ( safety cut out apparently). I had to disconnect the solar panel cos the regulator had failed and it was over charging. That solved my problem.

The other alternative is the failure of the main board or something in the Sargent unit.

The 12 volt system also cuts off if the voltage in the leisure battery goes below about 10.5 volts which could be a possibility.

Newbie to MH, 20yrs+ Caravanning.
To me this indicates a 240v AC failure, either the supply post has tripped, some places in Spain are only 6amp, or your Sargent unit's power unit has tripped, check the circuit breakers behind the drop down screen on your power supply unit, be aware that the circuit breaker trip switch should be in the 'up' position to be on, it will be down position if it has tripped, sounds to me either the main breaker in your power supply has tripped or the circuit breaker at the pitch supply post has tripped. Remember, the switch should be in the up position

It would be good to have some feedback on these suggestions!

Are you on mains hook-up or not?

More than toes wet now!
There's also some fuses \ overheat protection on the Truma unit itself.
Extract from the Operating Instructions showing these but suspect the issue is with the Sargent system (or supply power) as you say the charger button also fails.

since 2006 ( I think ! )
The Sargent panel can also get a bit befuddled all on its own.
If all else fails, clip off the surrounding bezel of the panel and you will see two screws holding it in place
Remove the screws and the panel will come free.
On the back there are two plug leads.
One small and one multi wired one
Unplug the large one and count to ten.
Plug it back in and that may well cure the issue ( I wonder if Sargent has anything to do with Microsoft LOL !!! )

thanks, will look at this in the morning, I did look at the fuse housing by the battery and that was intact, is the fuse you mention a push fit connection rather than the spade type?

Hi all
Thanks for all the feedback, we aren't on mains hook up but did have multiple trip failures at our last site.
We have limited access to wifi at present so will go back to motorhome later and try some of the options, the trip is in the upper position. I therefore think it is to do with thesargant unit.

Will post more later thanks again for all the posts, really helpful.

Hi all, now moved into France and onto site with hook up.
We are now running all ok, I will test back onto the battery system later.

We did remove the Sargent unit and disconnected the push in leads so whether that helped as well who knows!!!

Thanks for all your help.
