Could any one give me some recommendations please, we have windows 7, and after comeing back from Morocco, I have uploaded all our photos from I pad / phones / cameras into the lap top.

Of course there are far to many and would bore people to death how they are now, but unlike Windows EXP which I could mange well. No matter how I try can not find how to make a nice Album out of the photos that are now all over the place. Not that keen on Windows live photo as I don't want to be logging in and off to do them.

    Any advice please.

HI Darlin, When you say album .. not sure what you mean.

You could put the photos that you want onto a stick and therefore label each stick and entitle each part as, for example, Morocco 2013, Chester 2014 ... that way you don't have to log in you can just open the stick I think.... you have me doubting myself now.

Phone me if you think it will do and I will talk you through doing it. x

More wanting to have them in the Computer kind of marked Holiday 2014 and have all the photos I choose from the phone etc all in one Album you can play through like when people put music on them (though that is beyond me)

Photobucket is dead easy to use, you can sort photos into albums and easily share them on the forum or facebook:thumb:

I tries Picasa once, it wanted to do it it's way, I did not like it and by then it had modified all my photo file names.

Caro, Photobucket is good and so many use it that you can always get advice.

Picasa messed my photos too but some people really like it so I am not knocking it.

I use Photo shop and put into similar categories as Brian does.:thumb:

Probably too late now, but I don't think you need to be online to use Windows Live Photo Gallery. I use it on my netbook (Windows 7 Starter Edition) when I'm in the van, to backup photos and edit them if I want to post to MHFun before I get home, and it works fine without an internet connection. All of the photos are stored in Libraries->Pictures on the netbook.
