Help re 3 Huawei dongle please (1 Viewer)

What does a little envelope mean when I switch the dongle on.. I was told it meant there is a message.

How do I access message as when I went into My Account on the web page there was nowhere to access messages.

PS Different problem... I keep being told I need to enable Java Scrip. How do I do it and not download spam. Thank you.

it is indeed a message which you access when you log into your device on your PC.

PS; when you access the page of your account on the PC there is / should be a tab to access messages.

however, i get them often and ignore most of them its probably only telling you about your usage or some other similar note

joy if it is a mifi just put the address in of 192.168.1.1 and
password admin
login admin and read the message

I suspected it was a message re usage and was worried as two months ago was hacked into and received a bill for nearly one hundred pounds of internet usage on top of my monthly bill. Fortunately Grommet sorted my computer out and it hasn't happened again. I think it must just be a pointless message though as when I looked at my usage to date the bill was 0 (zero) on top of the monthly payment.
