have tried uploading photos twice but to no avail. Flagged up "Upload Failed"
Clicked on Attachments, Browse and then Upload
Is there a fault in the programme or am I doing it wrong.

firstly, what version of windows are you using ?

if its XP then download the resizer file from Jims post.

then simply right click on the photo (in the location on your computer where you stored it) you want to upload and select 'Large'....that will do it for most pictures.
i've never used any other size and never had an upload fail if i've done it right.

this will give you another copy of the same pic in the same location.

select the new pic to upload....not the original.

i havent used the vista version but it will be similar.
