Please can someone help, owner of motorhome rushed to hospital last night on my site and his wife knows nothing about the van and doesn't drive. We need to move the Motorhome which is a Y reg Iveco with Mobiluetta orsa minore written on the side.
Please does anyone know the sequence to start the van as alarm keeps coming on and it will not start. We are obviously doing something wrong ie is there immobiliser or locking doors, steps up order we must do things in.
Can't speak to owner as still in hospital poorly. No one else on site with a motorhome
    Thanks
    Eileen

As an option, if the owners have a breakdown service give them a call ..

The reason it wont start may have more to do with the immobiliser system rather than the vehicle make or model
    when you say wont start
    Do you mean nothing happens
or do you mean engine turns over and wont fire

Are there any buttons on the fob or not
If yes switch every thing of and use fob to lock up van as if leaving it, then use fob to open up again and try starting, if engine turns and fires great, but not firing get back to us

    If no fob
use keys to lock up and open up and try same

Thank you Geo, we found battery was nearly flat which we have now charged with industrial type charge. Elderly owner being discharged from hospital and son driving him home.
