Help. Cant fill up with LPG (1 Viewer)

We are in Bolnuevo, nr Mazarron and need to fill with LPG.

We tried at a Repsol station yesterday on the way out of Alicante and our fitting does not match theirs. The guy at the service station gave us another one to try but no luck. obviously it filled ok in England and the chap we bought it off said he had topped it up in Spain. He failed to mention I think that he had some sort of adaptor/ connection.
We have one LPG tank and one Calor (fitting Gasit) RV.

Where do we buy the connector/adaptor we need and does anyone know the nearest filling station to us.

Did you try the gasworks on the Elche road out of Alicante. They have just about every fitting.

Don't know if you have the aires book of Spain and Portugal - but there shows one at Cartagena - Co-ords N37degrees 36.454' W000degrees58.300' - Calle Juan Munoz Delgado 7. Its a Repsol too. - We did not have the right adaptor when we wanted to fill up at Javea (had one but can't find it), but the kind guy behind the counter had one and let us use it.

Ask the guy with the beard at Bolneuvo reception how to get to Caravanas Sanger at Los Beatos , about half an hours drive from Bolneuvo , or the Motorhome shop at Ilsa Plana which is about 8 miles from Bolneuvo , Both places are very good and speak english , Best of luck .

On the N332 from Mazarron to Cartagena on your left just as you come into Malinos Marfagones. (N 37.63478 W 001.05866 Garmin) (37.63478 -1.05866 Google Earth) This station has a full set of adaptors that they bring to the pump with them. The tank is off the forecourt on the car wash area. We have used it about 3 times this trip 0.815 Euro a litre.

The other station at Cartagena is quite difficult to access.

The Main depot at Alicanti has two pumps one with the UK fitting and one with the Euro fitting.

I have also used the one at Torrevieja this used the Euro Fitting.

I have also just filled up at the one off J429 on the A7 in direction of Roquetas de Mar. Sprit garage 3rd exit off the first roundabout. Euro adaptor.

Caravannas Sangar SL is at N 37.65983 W 000.90394 Good shop for parts.
