Help ! Burstner have hidden my bonnet release !! (1 Viewer)

About to go out for the first time out in my new Burstner and went to check all fluids as she has been standing for 12 months and b......d if I can find the bonnet release! Hand book says under dash on left hand side but I can't find it. Anyone got any idea's ? It's a Burstner Aviano A class.

Any help appreciated.

7 years campers before that
probably doesnt help but on an x250 fiat its on the end of the dash you can only see it from outside with the door open a class maybe totally different
rhd vehicle its on passenger side

Hi Norm if yours is based on the Ducto then it should be where Mel has said but if not I know a man who as the same vehicle @Ber90, problem is I think is away on holiday at the moment so might not have any wifi.

It's where Mitzimad said it is. In your case you have to put your inside inside the left storage container (the big one you store books in etc) and feel your way forward and up until you can feel it. You cannot see at all.

I have an Aviano and it is more or less in the same position as shown in A class knaus. To the left of air vent above storage space on side not facing you.

Found it eventually. It's in a pocket up side of facia on left hand side. Can't be seen only felt and difficult to operate ! Got there in the end !

As @GJH will tell you and @ShiftZZ you will definitely Never need it with such supreme example of engineering . The Rapido openener is on the middle of the steering wheel.
