Depends on what pice you end up paying for it, big diesel lump in it 7.5 litre! and auto so god knows what it does to the gallon.

Its 16 years old and that the stated mileage seems a bit low, any service history with it?

While not wanting to be a kill-joy,I would be concerned for fuel consumption & the distance you are from the dealer should warranty work arise.

I would not risk it without having seen it first in person, so having a chance to give it a decent once over. There's a lot to be looked at, so a lot of potential problems.

It's a long way from Essex, and as the other's say I shiver at the thought of the fuel consumption.....

no reason why not, but reserve will be a lot more than the current bid....i'd say over £10k

big diesel lump.....expect around 12 > 14mpg if you're lucky and depending how heavy your right foot is.

Thanks for the advice, think we'll pass on this one. as said, it had what we wanted, the word Cummins was attractive, being the engine in a hell of a lot of mid and large sized buses....but then, they dont munch up miles all over europe at properly taxed rates do they:Blush:
