Hello, I've finally started my journey after thinking about getting a campervan for years now. Bought myself a transit lwb high roof van to convert and do a bit of wandering. I look forward to chatting with you all, learning from your experiences and gaining your knowledge.

Welcome, a lot of experience here of folk who have converted their own Van, and at least one thread running about a specific project. Pay your tenner and you can see how it turns out!

Thanks for all your welcomes, comments and interest on updates and photos of the conversion. I will start a thread in the Motorhomes Chat if that's the proper place?

Hello and welcome.
I've got ( I think) a transit. I know it's a short wheel base---it looks tiny but has 2 bench seats which make into a bed, table, fridge, hob, sink, loo and shower and lots of storage.
I wish I could say it was all my own work but a very talented Funster converted it for me. I love it, it's really cosy and very comfortable.

Hi there and welcome to MHF. Good luck with your conversion.
Ralphs converting a LWB peugeot boxer for us. ( Pug)
Can't wait to get out and about in him .
He's insulated , and boarded most of him out now. There's a thread on here with pictures of the progress , you might find it interesting. Though if you put Pvc van conversion Into Google loads Of advice and other people's work comes up.
