Hi .. lovely old camper.. can't help with the convertor... other than Glendale built good caravans .. but it may have been a home conversion.. using a Glendale caravan body ?

would be interesting to see some of the inside.. and what facilities it boasts

Not a home conversion, I did know someone who had one and there was an owners club they went or a rally with years ago

Hi and Welcome from Thebus Phoebe and Me.

We just visited Melton Mowbray on our way to the Whittlesey Straw Bear :) :) you might have seen Thebus around, big and stripey? Had Sausage and Mash at The Anne of Cleeves and we have still got some pork pie and hunt cake left from our shopping :)

PS - love the camper :)

The body is built on a ford p100 chassis cab unit with a coach built campervan body on the rear, it boasts a fair size double bed above the cab, and seating for four in the back, this collapses into another double bed. There is both a inside toilet compartment that is also fitted out with a shower, then the kitchen has a oven, and hob with grill sink with hot and cold water and a small electrolux two-way fridge, there is ample cupboard and underbunk storage with a good 6'2" headroom inside. The build quality is very good compared with caravans from the same era.

Hi and welcome. There were a number of converters around at the time is Glendale a guess or do you have something to base that on.

I was emailed this photo from a chap in Wisbeach who spotted it in Cornwall , there was also a tv advert last year that had one parked on the side of the road in the background C__Data_Users_DefApps_AppData_INTERNETEXPLORER_Temp_Saved Images_679.jpg
