Hi all. After 30 odd years in IT, I took early retirement and headed north. Along with my wife of 38 years (next month), we bought an early 19th. century house in N. Aberdeenshire and have been working for 5 years on a lot of 'sympathetic' restoration. The house has a decent sized garden which is the domain of my O.H. She grows all manner of fruit & veges - I help with the digging. When we can we get away in our ancient but low mileage Autohomes Wayfarer. Favourite locations are Braemar and Torridon, but we are also very keen to recommend the advantages of the East coast of Scotland. Look forward to some good motorhome chat.
