Hello from a motorhome virgin (1 Viewer)

Hi
my partner and i are new to all this and have decided to dip our toes into the happy campers pool
by hiring a motorhome for a week and we are hoping to head north of Edinburgh taking in Mull,Skye and any other suggested places ,we would really appreciate any and all advice on camp sites or parking places on our merry wee route
[were bringing along our friendly german shephard dog so dog friendly places would be good]

You could visit our Castle on Mull but don't take the van, the roads are very/too narrow.
We parked up for the night in the Oban swimming pool car park and walked down into town to catch the ferry.
They have a special excursion to visit the McLean castle.

Hi to Fun , at the moment we are on Skye its very pretty but very snowy, watch weather forecast. So make sure you have your waterproof gear and walking boots. Have a look at the thread I have on Scotland and 500 route.
