Just joined Motorhome Fun, looks like an active site 
We are a 'mature couple' who took our first dip into motorhoming five years ago with a 1998 Laika Ecovip 1R. Travelled every year and pushed mileage up from 26k to 45 in those five years. Home is in the Monchique hills in the Algarve but family in Suffolk and Scotland! Longest trip, 5 months and not long enough!, was from Algarve to Outer Hebrides and back again (traversing Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Holland and UK of course) our fav spot - Hebrides - impossible to describe its beauty and the freedom there. Our 1R now sold and awaiting to pick up a 2011 Laika X718R at the end of this month. Lifetime of trips on the bucket list just have to decide which one first! mmmm - reading this shyness to talk about ourselves doesn't appear to be an issue ;-)
