    Hi

Been a member for ages but paid up this morning, so a quick re-intro!

Russell here, motorhomer of seven years, quite well travelled with the vans, especially Italy. Specialist subject - avoiding tolls overseas, even in Italy where possible

We have had six vans (!), a Compass, a Kontiki 665, a Kontiki 669 (island bed), a Kontiki 679 lowline (garage), a 679 highline (garage) and just recently got another 679 highline. We love the 679 - it's perfect for long trips and hops.

We have also had loads of accessories over the year, various twin tubs, a Camos, an Oyster, a Kathrein CAP etc.

We have also bough sone things that were soon useless - such as a waste hog - replaced with a bucket!

Not too good with technical stuff, but route planning or anything, ask away!

No dog these days, the last old girl passed away three years ago, aged 13 and a bit, a good age for a Weimaraner!

    Cheerio for now!

    Rusty Buckets!

    Water pump

Yes I remember, I was taking a water pump back for a friend. Their RV had been destroyed in a fire and the water pump had been somewhere else at the time. That seems like yesterday but of course it is about two years ago!

I am a customer for parts and accessories Peter - alsorts from clothes airers to toilet bits! always arrive next day - never failed yet!

Of course it is great when I phone up "oh yes hello, I need one of those "things"" and yet your staff always know what I am on about! It's a bit like John Lewis!

Nice to see you are happy with your current van Russell. I remember your tales of the Kontiki 665 (in another place) around the time that we were looking for/bought our first van.
