Hi all you full timers.

Please can anyone help. We have just agreed to purchase a chevrolet rockwood it's a lovely vehicle. So now I need to insure it. The current owner suggested Bakers of Cheltnham who originaly quoted me £900 but when they realised that we would be travelling all year in it they withdrew there quote. Stating that they did not insure people who live in their vehicles full time.
Can any one please give me info on a company who will insure and provide breakdown cover. What do you do, do you tell them that you are full timing. We will still be using an address in England all be it my brothers but they say we can't do it.
Any advise please.:helpsos:

sounds like you'll be travelling solely in europe so you might have to tell a few porkies and possibly register the RV at the base address as you will need a uk address for the insurance and log book documents and somewhere to get the tax disc sent to when its due if bought online.
