Has anyone had any experience in changing the hose coming out from the bulkhead from the heater matrix into the engine bay? There are two hoses and the one on the left (looking from the front of the engine) is leaking. I tried to put another jubilee clip on the hose but it still leaks. I have ordered another hose from Fiat but I am not sure about fitting, because before attaching the extra clip the hose pulled off and there was some sort of undercut on the pipe coming from the heater matrix.

Can anyone help/ideas or have experience of fitting one?

I have just returned from my local Fiat dealer with the hose, it seems it is some sort of fitting notch on the pipe and the metal tabs (as in picture) on the hose have to be squeezed in when fitting the hose to make it locate correctly whilst an o ring inside does the sealing on to the matrix pipe.

By the lack of replies I presume no one has done this hose before so hopefuly this might help in the future!
