Heater in Rear of MH (1 Viewer)

The rear heater in my 1999 Laika 4L is not circuating warm water. It is fed through the cab heater which does get to temp. There is no tap in the cab or in the engine bay. I have disconnected both pipes at the heater matrix and there is water there but no hot water. Has any one have an idea what the fault could be.

Air lock?

Surely there must be a way of turning it off for the Summer, so there must be a valve somewhere.

No I have spent hours looking there is no shut off
