Just a quick thumbs up for Hastings Direct. Very rarely that I have anything good to say about any insurer, but here goes

Rang them up to confess that the arrival of our PVC on Friday will relegate our car off our drive and onto the Public road (where it should block the Van in nicely) for overnight parking. They said they would update the computer and send us out new documents and the charge would be nothing. No increase in premium and no administration fee.

Thanks Hastings, this will be remembered at renewal time

To be fair, I use Hastings Direct and very good experience with mine and SWMBO'S car. Not changed Moho at present as my insurance broker does brilliantly
