Hartal Door lock wiring broken (1 Viewer)

The central locking on my Hartal habitation door has failed due to the wiring harness having stretched and broken,basically a bad design,a gater type sheath would have prevented this problem.
Anyone had a similar problem and if so maybe suggest remedy.Advice on getting into door casing to enable rewire might be a start,no obvious fastenings or visible clues on how to get into it.
