My name is Yolanda. I'm sorry, my English it's not as good as I'd like. I hope you can understand me.
I'm from Gijon, north of Spain. I'm married .My husband's name is Juan and we have a son who is 13 years old, Nacho.
Our motorhome is a Knauss Sun Traveller.
We have travelled to France, Germany, Italy, Swizterland and of course all over Spain.
Next summer we'd like travelled to England and perhaps Wales, so I need you to get information about campsites, clubs, wild overnight ...
I hope I could help you too, with your travels to Spain,:thumb:

    Thank you,

Welcome to motorhomefun Yolanda. Your English is better than my Spanish thats for sure.

Any questions you have about motorhoming in England, ask away, you will get an answer.

    Jim

Are there any things you'd like to see over here. Can't be scenery, you have much more in Spain. We do some good stately homes and castles.

    Hi Yolanda,

My partner and I visited Wales last year, we camped in a tent, and this camp site was fantastic Glanllyn-Lakeside Caravan and Camping Park

There were plenty of motorhomes that used this site (we have only just bought one ourselves).

The scenery was beautiful and as you will see by their website they are right on the side of Lake Bala.

I expect you'll be making use of the ferry from Santander to Portsmouth, it is an extremely convenient gateway for drivers from Spain.

Hi Yolanda Juan and Nacho, welcome to Motorhome Fun:thumb: If you plan your visit here in the summer, the best thing is to join the Camping and Caravan Club, they have cheap sites on farms ect, and also have temporary holiday sites all over the country, you don't need to book, just turn up and they are good value, you also get children there, so someone for Nacho to make friends with. You may even be able to join the Funsters at one of the Rallies, when your here. Bob and Jane.:thumb:

    Thank you very much.

You're very kind and friendly and I'm sure you're going to help us with all the questions and doubts we have.

My son, who is sitting next to me now, is studying English and that's the reason which we are going to leave our sunny Spain :Laughing::Laughing:, but bear in mind that we live in the north of Spain and it is a very rainy region.

Now we're going to start asking...:thumb::thumb:
