Habitation door failing to lock (1 Viewer)

So I'm just after discovering that my habitation door is not locking when I press on the remote , I can feel the lock on the habitation door clicking , like it's trying to lock when I press the button.
It still locks ok with the key, but the does feel a little stiff to turn.
I'm gonna try a good dose of wd 40 tomorrow in the lock key area, failing that I'll have to stip the door open to see what's going on.
The MH is as per sig.
Any ideas? I suspect the colder weather ?

Silicone spray better than wd 40 , its a lube your after

as above lubricate the mechanism but you need to check the link arm from the solenoid to lock mechanism has not popped off.

Thanks will get some silicone spay sorted then as only got wd40 atm

WD40 is not worth spraying on anything unless you have dropped it into water. It only DISPLACES water. It also has a small amount of=wait for it- paint thinners in its composition. Says it all really.
