Habitation door adjustment DIY or not (1 Viewer)

Just noticed that my habitation door on elddis autoquest 140 2011 model sticks out slightly at the bottom when closed. I can see the door can be adjusted up and down the way by the hinge screws but can it be adjusted in and out the way to get a flush finish.

You have to lift the door seal to reveal the adjustment screws.
