never cleaned my camera - not that house proud
That's as absurd as saying you never use your windscreen wipers?
The rear of a vehicle in wet weather attracts huge amounts of dirt, if you can't see behind because the lens is dirty you might as well not have a camera

Sorry Techno - van gets washed once a year and camera gets washed at the same time. Never had a problem seeing what's behind.

Must say, I appreciate you are probably one of the most neat and tidy DIY folk I have had the honour to meet, but I think that particualr idea is somewhat anal and OTT Andy

There MUST be easier and better ways to store your dusters surely !!

Driving in foul weather especially in winter always results in a lens glass covered in enough muck to justify a quick wipe without resorting to a ladder. If you don't use a rear view camera or drive in all weathers then it isn't likely to be a problem you experience.

Techno; take no notice of the lazy "don't do today wot you might do tomorrow"slackers on here, I think its a good idea!! and you can also use it as a Pokey Ram for ramming "Wild Mint" into places where them pesky rodents make their Nests:xThumb::xThumb: I think you should Patent it!! Have you thought of a suitable name for "IT"
