Well just rocked up here after a steady drive from home in the Charente.
Top of a big hill overlooking the sea.Amazingly peaceful after the hectic N10.
All we can hear is the sea and the sound of our clinking wine glasses,plastic of course.Seriously a glorious ACSI site just a few minutes over the border in Spain.€16, good Internet ,nice people,will report on the restaurant later.
All is good with the world after Andreas all clear on Tuesday after her thyroiedectomy 2 months ago we are on our way to Portugal to celebrate for a couple of months,please excuse any further spelling mistakes in advance!!Cheers.

We stayed there a couple of years ago. Fabulous sunsets

We found the best cafe was the spanish one just outside, turn left as you leave the site (If I remember) entrance. Meal of the day Eight and a half euro's with a free drink which can be a whole bottle of wine. They did not speak any english but were happy to get the menu translated for us.
Good food and lovely people.

Good place to stop for a few days. Trip to Donasia San Sebastian essential. Also Guernica nr Bibao, where Franco bombed his own people using German and Italian aircraft.
