Hello Folks,

After what seems like years my wife and I have just taken delivery of our first motorhome. To say that we are loving it would be somewhat of an understatement. We did our first trial camp over the weekend as a kind of shakedown, you know, learn a bit more about the van and provide some entertainment for fellow campers! That went, er, well and so we are now planning the next trip.
Naturally we have some Gremlins in the van so I have resorted to posting on the beginners page where some of you are already offering the benefit of your experiences - we are very grateful for that.
Looking forward to becoming an active forum member and to the day when our own experiences might be helpful to someone else.

Hi Stevewheel,
I enjoyed reading your witty post and you certainly make me want to just get into ours and head off......
We are still waiting to do our first sleep over. When I work, (we live in France) the sun shines, and as soon as I could do this sleep over, weekend or what not, the weather shows its wettest side. Huh! So frustrated.
Maybe we'll just go and sleep in the forest near here in the rain! Oh yes, and it has been unseasonably chilly too. I guess we could try out the heating.
Have a magical time, you, your best half and the MH. Enjoy it ALL!
