Globecar Day Time Running Lights (1 Viewer)

Good day,

I have a globecar familyscout with I believe factory fitted day time running lights. One of the bulbs has blown and I'm curious if anybody knows where I can order a replacement from please and how to change?

May help to say what the base vehicle is ie Fiat, Ford, Renault. and the year..
I know what a Globecar is but never noticed what van they use..

Fiat Ducato I assume.. if so this any help..

Not sure if it's relevant to your year of van.. Where i found it did say its all in the owners manual..

Having searched my manual I'm still none the wiser. I believe the picture above is for changing bulbs in the main light assembly. The day running lights are fitted much lower down in the bumper in a row of five bulbs each side. I believe them to be the push-fit type, but don't quite seem to have the knack required.

I can't help I'm afraid. my globecar is on the x290 chassis with the factory LED DRL embedded in the headlamp unit.
I don't know if your DRL are factory or not. what year is your ducato? is it an x250 chassis?

I have seen them on other makes of van as well as Globecar
I would try a Fiat dealer first
I suspect they are supplied by Hella

Looks like a row of led's I would have thought it unlikely one the lamps would all blow check the connectors first might have dropped off the back or has anyone done any work on it lately and pushed/pulled apart a connector trying to get access?

It is a 2015 fiat ducato chassis.

As suggested it appears to be Hella LED bulbs. As i can see moisture in the bulb, i suspect the bulb has blown. I'll investigate removal and replacements further and report back with my findings. Thanks again.

Led.com do a fitting very similar if not identical, they do them for x250&290

As this seems to be a Fiat base vehicle issue, rather than a Globecar build question, you might get more responses if you post your question on the Fiat Base Vehicle section of the forum. It is likely to get a fair bit more traffic than this section, which is quite niche.
