Has anyone used Ginseng and if so how have you found it ?

I have two 150gm tins of Korean Red Ginseng, a gift from my daughter in law who is Chinese..

am going to try it .. hoping it will give me back my youthful vigour

Don't use it if you have heart problems ( a genuine warning not a wind up). It increases the heart rate.

Used to drink Ginseng Ju in Korea, very potent if my memory serves me right. Still got a botrle somewhere.

Ginseng has a lot of contraindications and reactions with many medications as well as health conditions.BEWARE.
