Great news. If you've got a goodybag, from 28th April the cost of using your phone in the EU is coming down. Calls will be 4p/min to make & 0.5p to receive, texts 1.5p to send & 0p to receive, and data just 4p/mb. For full details, check out giff.ly/EU_Update. To stop msgs visit: giff.ly/gg_profile

I use GG for my phone (low user) but rarely need a Goodybag. Might get one for the cheaper calls and texts.

4p per Mb sounds good until you realise it is £40 per Gb!! My 12GB SIM card from Three in my mifi only cost £30 and lasts for a year, and can be used in many countries in Europe. On my Italian trip I used almost 9GB over 5 weeks. That would have cost me over £350 with GG!!
