I would buy a stove top espresso maker and milk frother then you won't need to use the microwave and won't need a generator. We ditched our automatic bean to cup coffee machine at home after trying these in the van. They make much better coffee.
You will also save a lot of weight and space.
I have nothing useful to add o_O I just wanted to say "Good man, I like your style" (y)

Like most have had a generator, but are really not needed now other methods are available.
Solor panels, batteries and inverter with a 'b2b' battery to battery charger as backup.
I run a microwave, toaster, kettle even heat the water for washing. Not anything fancy just off the shelf stuff. A 2kw honda genny will be £1000 you can get all you need for that price. But of course you will then miss out on anoying people with the genny:cry:
